TJ Richardson worked his way through Central Valley College of Law. TJ Graduated at the top of his class and was given the honor of speaking at the graduation ceremony. TJ took the California State Bar exam in 1988 and passed it on his first attempt. TJ immediately began pursuing his life long dream of being the best criminal defense attorney in California.
Since graduating, TJ has won many difficult and seemingly unwinnable cases: Murders, Attempted Murders, Drug Sales Cases, Robberies, Spousal Abuse Cases, Assaults on Police, Sex Cases, and Drunk Driving Charges. TJ has won writs, appeals, suppression motions, motions to dismiss, bail motions and many difficult and creative motions involving complex cases and charges.
TJ has developed superior negotiation skills. TJ has cultivated relationships with Judges, DA's, and law enforcement. These connections enabled him to secure unbelievable plea bargains and great sentences.
Throughout the last 20 years he has not forgotten the skills he learned as a bartender, salesman, legal investigator and a myriad of other jobs he held to pay for college and law school, but most important he has not forgotten the promise he made at that commencement speech, "I will fight to protect the rights and prove my clients innocence with whatever legal means available to me!"

Genesis is a recent graduate from high school. He is interested in law and plans on becoming an attorney one day. He is currently training to be a paralegal. He is a hard worker going above and beyond for each and every client. His dedication and commitment has made him a real assist to the law office.

When Genesis finds free time, which is rare, he loves playing soccer and keeping up with current events.
